Price of legal services

Remuneration is always determined by the client’s requirements and it is agreed on mutually before any legal services are undertaken. It is based on how much time and expertise the required services involve.

The client and the advocate agree upon one of the following remuneration alternatives prior to the beginning of any provision of legal services:

1. Contractual remuneration – it is based on how much time and expertise the required services involve. The value of the matter negotiated is also taken into consideration at the remuneration determination.

2. Remuneration for legal services provision in accordance with the advocate’s tariff (according to the law nr. 177/1996 Sb.) with respect to the character of the requested legal aid.

3. SUCCESS FEE - remuneration according to the result.

4. Lump sum – a lump sum agreed monthly for long-term representation that depends on the scope of the legal services provided. Real time of the service provision is charged. Hours above the scope of the lump sum are charged at an advantageous tariff according to the lump sum agreed.
