Mgr. Robert Foll, MBA (1968) has been interested in commercial law with specialising in the law of businesses right from the beginning of his career. After graduating from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno in 2000, he started to work as an article clerk in one of Brno’s prominent law offices which specialised in commercial law. In 2003 he started to act as an active administrator of enterprises and a bankruptcy administrator. In 2005 he established an independent law office. Completing a Master of Business Administration Senior Executive (MBA) programme in 2007 further developed his knowledge of strategic management which Mr. Foll uses at all positions (advocate, bankruptcy administrator, administrator of enterprises) and also during the provision of legal services because he has a more in depth understanding of his clients’ business plans. In May 2009 he successfully passed the examination for an insolvency administrator.
Memberships in associations and entries in the registers:- since 2008 entered in the register of insolvency administrators managed by the Department of Justice in the Czech Republic
- since 2005 entered in the register of advocates managed by the Czech Bar Association
- since 2003 entered in the register of bankruptcy administrators at the Brno regional court
- from 2002 till 2005 entered in the register of article clerks of the Czech Bar Association
- since 2002 member of the board of the Association of Properties Administrators and Liquidators (www.komoraspravcu.cz)
from 2003 till 2007 – regular member of the board of examiners in Brno’s Association of Properties Administrators and Liquidators who review candidates for entry onto the register of bankruptcy administrators managed by the regional courts.
